Ingredients :
15 guava leaves
1000 ml of water
Directions :
- Wash the guava leaves
- Boil 1000 ml of water.
- Put 15 pieces of guava leaves, then boil ± 20 minutes.
- Filter the water and chill.
Then use the boiled water of guava leaves as a hair mask with a gentle massage for 10 minutes to improve blood circulation in the brain and increase the relaxing effect, cover the head with a towel, let stand ± 60 minutes then rinse with warm water until clean.
