Today I am going to be showing off two rounds that I was lucky enough to trade for with the Halloween Boomerang Box that is currently in California with Clever Coin!! After taking note of everything in the box and weighing my like; I decided not to got with a fantastic complimentary pair of 2014 American Silver Eagles (one in silver, a round in copper). These are the Debt Slavery rounds in both copper and .999 fine silver produced by Crescent City Silver and now part of their retired collection. This means that neither one of these is being minted anymore and the only way to obtain them is on the secondary market.

In addition the subject matter of these rounds really is a strong part of my personal philosophy. Debt Slavery is basically another way of saying debt bondage. This is when a person would pledge their skills so they could pay back some form of debt. If they were not able to do this then the next generation would "inherit" that debt and be forced to try and pay for the debt of their fathers.
We may not have this type of structure occurring anymore in most of the western world, however we now have generations of people that believe they can live on debt and someone else will take care of the total for them. This is a modified version of debt slavery in my opinion, where your actions have a direct affect on others whom never agreed to take on the results of your bad decisions. In other words, no man should be owned by another man (Thank you Atlas Shrugged).
