Today was an early start of the day for me at 8 am. Good thing though as the new time for the video workshop at the promo-mentors discord was now 8 am. Hive account@dynamicrypto waa making the coffee this morning as I sat down for the video workshop hosted by Hive account@kay-leclerc. Oh yeah, even Hive account@maverickinvictus joined us! This was a pleasant surprise as he was to be hosting the show over at the Steemgigs discord with Hive account@mermaidvampire in @surpassinggoogles absence.

Kay went over some very important features to look for when selecting a video editor to use. She gave a couple of important lists to reference when selecting a video editor.

Kay then went over https://wevideo.com a free video editing website and even provided a short video clip she made on https://wevideo.com.

Kay then discusses how to make your audio files 'fit' properly into your edited video without having the video clips 'outrun' the audio soundtrack, again she provided another great example here with a well-produced video clip!

The last thing Hive account@kay-leclerc talked about today was adding text to video and how important it was to change the colors of the text. Yes, another well-produced video was provided to us as well!

As usual, with the class coming to an end Kay provided a nice summary of the class and important things to remember.

With Kay asking if anyone wanted a review on their post/video, I jumped on that opportunity as I am learning a lot from her and wanted to share my progress with her! So I shared my most recent post with her. She, of course, thought it was the best video she has ever seen! Just kidding!😮🙄😝

After some ramblings with Kay, I hurried over to the Steemgigs discord for this weeks show. Hive account@surpassinggoogle was not able to attend due to unforeseen family matters. Luckily Hive account@mermaidvampire and Hive account@maverickinvictus had the show in full control.

Hive account@maverickinvictus snuck away from Kay's class to host the Hive account@steemgigs show with Hive account@mermaidvampire. The topics of the day were how Terry(Hive account@surpassinggoogle) was preoccupied with family matters and how https://Ulogs.org really needed more programmers. Hive account@maverickinvictus presented a Steemit post
that Terry had made calling for programmers/developers to help with https://ulogs.org.

It was a somber day as everyone here truly missed Terry's presence and was reflecting on his troubles as Terry is there for everyone, especially on Saturdays/Sundays.

Hive account@mermaidvampire talked about how she has learned there is no right or wrong from Hive account@surpassinggoogle and that we need to just feel free in how we make Steemit posts... just don't plagiarize! Then she surprised me by announcing thar this weeks tag and one line thing for the week was dynamicgreentk and 'I'm too sexy for the red markets'. I was honored and taken back because im the last one who wants glory and would rather see others succeed before myself as well as giving help instead of receiving it. Often times in life the hardest thing for a greedy person to do is to share, for a liar to tell the truth and for a giver to receive. I'm still in shock. I'm not sure I ever thought I would have a tag or one that Terry would bless.

Hive account@mermaidvampire brought up a great point today. We need to further show our support to Hive account@surpassinggoogle by commenting on his posts. He is there spreading his love all around Steemit, the least we can do is get to know Terry better and visit his posts as he does for our posts. I'll admit I have been bad about this in general as I am starting to transition off discord and prioritize my time with my boys better.

My health is rebounding and as a result the energy I do have seems to be set aside for rest anymore. Sleep is good and im starting to get more of it. I have a special surprise for Terry tomorrow in his comments!🤐😮🤓
