Ingredients:
1 kg of red or white tuna in loins, tacos or fillets
One dl. of oil
2 cloves of garlic
One green red bell pepper
1 kg of ripe tomatoes (can be homegrown!)
Salt, pepper and a teaspoon of sugar
We chop the garlic well and poach it all together in a low saucepan. We can add a little salt to help the onion sweat and soften earlier.
Add the bell pepper cut into strips.
Then we will add the tomato, mixing well with the peppers for a couple of minutes.
Later we add the tuna. Let it cook over a low heat for about 25 minutes. It is important over low heat.
