A warm welcome to my blog and I hope you are all doing well. Money one of the essentials things to survive, money buys all things and make our life better. My first money making experience was one of many which I will never forget, the experience I had when making money was when I was working or should I say helping my parents in a dry cleaning business.

My father has one of the biggest dry cleaning business in our area and it has been what we used to survive and my mom also assist in other areas too. But this business has developed into something more of a family business and has even expanded to the extent that people far and near has heard about us and also brings their clothes on a daily basis for washing and dry cleaning. Over 200 millions Nigerians wear clothes daily, irrespective of their age or class. 90 percent of this large population are busy on a daily basis doing business, while some are government employees and have no time for themselves, some are students, some are civil service workers and sometimes their work are always stressful so they have no time for doing laundry and some are naturally ajebutters. These groups of people I just mention have little or no time to do their own laundries, cook or take care of the kids if you are a parent, and going to work seems to occupy the whole time.

During the weekend when they are finally supposed to have the chance at doing some of their laundries, they only end up cleaning their Homes, washing the plates and chilling out with some friends, While just few of these class of people take their time to wash their dirty clothes and clean up their homes. This large group of lazy and busy individuals in Nigeria and all over the world has made this laundry/dry cleaning service a lucrative and profitable one to venture into. This is the business where I had my first money making experience though you would agree with me that the task of washing, resining, and ironing clothes is very tedious, stressful and time consuming that even a typical Nigerian house wife would consider having to buy a washing machine for this task. But no matter how tedious and time consuming it is I must say that it pays well depending on the amount of work and price. Almost everyone loves the feeling of putting in clean and well ironed clothes, but are mostly too lazy or busy to do their laundry. This leaves an opportunity open to those willing to take it, who will do their laundry? This has opened a door to several people in Nigeria and Africa at large to venture into the field of laundry service and I am one of them.

My first money making experience
This laundry business has opened my eyes to a lot of things and has also taught me the way to build a relationship between customers. It has opened my eyes in the sense that people are willing to pay a huge amount of money just to get their clothes washed and ironed by a professional dry cleaner. My experience in the business Is stressful, and strenuous just like any other work which one would do but regardless of its stress and discomfort what the business brings may even surprise you and make you have lots of money. So in conclusion my first money making experience was at a laundry/dry cleaning business and it was an experience worth going for
