On Saturday I went to the gym, cycling for 2x30 minutes as usual. Since the gym was being remodeled, I couldn't use any cages, but I could do all the exercises I wanted to do with weights on the floor or on a lever.
My best result was deadlifting 90kg. But what surprised me was that I could easily do 3x10 back extensions when I tried those for the first time. Apparently my core strength improved significantly since I started training in December. Next time I'll try holding a weight.
Random photo: during a recent heat wave, I went to a river beach, which was empty around 8am.
