To continue from my last post:
Working on my music and production day and night and needed a break in the countryside. It was refreshing to say the least.
We decided to leave the Elephant park for another occasion and took a drive around Hartebeespoort Dam instead. We landed up at a beautiful place called Cradle of Humankind and had a bite to eat there.

Amid all this peace and beauty comes this report on Coronavirus in Gauteng (Johannesburg) where I am living at present.
CNBC Africa reports
JOHANNESBURG (Reuters) – South Africa’s Health Minister Zweli Mkhize said on Monday that the number of confirmed coronavirus cases had risen to 402, a jump of 128 since Sunday’s announcement that could worry public health experts concerned about the country’s readiness to deal with the epidemic.
President Cyril Ramaphosa has declared a national state of disaster and imposed measures like travel bans to curb the spread of coronavirus. He is expected to address the nation later tonight on new measures to mitigate the impact of the virus.
There is a huge jump in the number of cases here and it will get worse due to the number of townships that are crowded with already hungry and desperate cases.
I am having a meeting with the Director of Meals on Wheels to see how Tam and I can help. I have worked for many years with the people in the townships and want to do my part to help in these troubled times.
My prayer is that all this will go away (and it will) so that people can just resume living again. Whoever would have thought that the entire world would go through so much stress and uncertainty about their futures.
Until next time
