In the warm season, in the summer, I love to cook cold gazpacho soup. Especially when there are fresh vegetables. In this case, I added tomato juice.

And then me all of this public hands, adding olive oil and a bit juice. We remove for a few hours in the refrigerator, but better until tomorrow. Then you will only have to pass the rich aromatic mixture through the mixer. It's delicious!
