Hello, everyone! I am sending you all a big hug from here. Today started off very busy. Early in the morning, I took my baby to nursery school in his pram, which allowed me to walk the whole way. I dropped him off at nursery and did some shopping for the house, buying vegetables, some meat, some biscuits that my son likes, and other items we needed at home. Of course, I did all this walking too.
Back home, I completed my Tae Bo routine, which I enjoy so much. Today's routine focused mainly on working my arms and glutes. Practising Tae Bo not only helps my health, but also helps me reduce my stress levels. Today's routine lasted 52 minutes.
Then, in the afternoon, I went to the nursery to pick up my son, and again, I walked there. My son really likes riding in his pram because it allows him to wave to the people around him. He even has friends now whom he greets happily when he sees them every day. I hadn't been to the nursery by car in a while, so many people were happy to see him.
Once home, we continued with our daily routine of playing and bath time, and I also prepared everything I needed for tomorrow, as I have a long day of work ahead of me, recording two television programmes.
I am very happy to have started exercising again and I feel lighter and much more active. And although the physical changes are not noticeable, my mood has improved greatly. The most important thing is to keep your body active and healthy.
