"I don't want a job, I want a life and that is what I am getting now," that was what I told a guy who felt I was wasting my time telling him about a website that pays you to socialize.
A job is defined as an activity, temporary or regular and performed in exchange for payment (a living).
You see, the centralized world has made most people give up on the dream that anything is possible outside the perceived normal.
How can you wake up and go out to tell people you are on a social network that pays you to blog, vote and comment?
What do people think about you and your mentality when you tell them you are a Steemian when they ask you what you do for a living? I have been looked over by some pretty questionable eyes whenever I tell people I am a Steemian.
All the more crazy is that we have a dedicated space where we teach people to love themselves, and when I recently was called over for an interview at the Port Harcourt Pleasure Park, they asked what was the end game of the whole Steemit gaga? I told them it was the new reality!
People do not get it, in fact hey think you must be the same with everyone else and when you fail to be that person, you are not in your right senses.
I don't want a job, I want a life.
It is one thing to have a "Job" and another to get one that goes with your life. Do you get angry when the alarm sounds or do you get up before the alarm sounds?
What we do on Steemit is work and I never fail to tell everyone that; But the interesting thing about the "Steemit job" is that you get to have a life.
Working is good but you should be able to live your life while working the job. We are on the verge of creating a movement that will change the way we relate offline and so far, the results are amazing. Take a look at STACH and you will understand.
Seriously, I really do not want a Job, I want a life.
The definition of a job, points to the essence of slaving and doing everything to get your daily bread irrespective of the amount, pain and difficulties that comes.
I want more out of life and not just to do some job for the sake of a living, but to do it for love.
The shift is what makes everything find a balance either for good or bad.
Get your job and when you go out to work, make sure to try and live life, it can only get better. All you need is a mindset of living your life rather than doing a job.
