We live in a world where value propositions have become valueless and the need for the pursuit of less values take center stage. We need free market offerings so that life, liberty and property can be had and cherished.
Finding the Blockchain.
No doubt the blockchain is the most innovative disruption to happen to this world and time. Before now, it was the internet and other such stuffs like Myspace, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc and they had no plan to give as much as they got from you.
Most recently, the world is come to know and understand the importance of having a hold and control on your data and then still get rewarded for it.
I found the Blockchain at a time when I was fed up of working as an ROV Pilot Technician. Why stay on a job that leaves you dissatisfied and unhappy?
Why do I keep running for a job that makes me grumble over my earnings with schedules which mostly were never enough, and getting it was always hard?
The good the Blockchain has done for me and my small community here in Nigeria is numerous and taking a look at what achievements we have had is fulfilling and serves as a motivation to embrace all things tech and Blockchain. We are becoming well informed and innovative all thanks to the Steem Blockchain and the rest that are springing forth to offer Life, Liberty and Property.
Of Life.
A free market economy should be one that has the capacity to create means of livelihood for all and sundry and for the Nigerian community, we have had more to be thankful for. We have become more alive and driven for common good all thanks to the Blockchain.
In Nigeria, at least 40% of the population live on less than a Dollar per day. I once was in that class. %5% of the population are unemployed and less than 5% hold the sovereign wealth of the nation.
"By 2020 more than 80% will continue to live in the poverty zone if nothing is done to correct the corruption that is sweeping the ecosystem."
We need to be able to experience life as easy and effortless as possible and I see that being possible with the Blockchain and not just any, the one that truly can guarantee exponential earning curve that will and can be felt across board.
Liberty.
This is one of the most revered words in history. The word liberty holds true to national development and growth and if it is not in place, there will be chaos.
In the declaration of Independence of the United States, this particular word holds true.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.
All men are created equally and endowed with certain unalienable rights which includes Life, Liberty and the pursuit of happiness and so far, one social media seems to be coming on strong with that approach.
We need a free society that enables the joy of truly living.
Of Property.
The pursuit of happiness is incomplete in an environment where poverty exists. The mind must be first free to think aright in order to be able to put to bear value propositions that will bring about prosperity. Property in this context isn't one that should be gotten deceitfully or criminally but one that is all encompassing and fruitful. One that makes for good replication of what the lifelong struggle of the founding fathers labored for.
Having to be a part of a community where a select few have total control is of the wealth and resources is completely wrong and away from all things considered good and meaningful.
To a regular Nigerian, power grabbing and the melting of unjust treatment on majority of the populace is a normal thing and when we found the Blockchain, we embraced it with all our hearts. We started making some good improvements to our lifestyle, life becomes beautiful, liberty becomes achievable and property coming a plenty.
Some rants.
Why would some persons take the Blockchain hostage and make it about themselves?
Why would a once lovable platform that preaches love suddenly become so drained of love living the value it was created for to decay?
Greed has no bearing with productivity and with greed, comes criminality and a destruction of societal values and livelihood.
Building something that will change lives is not easy work, getting to sustain it is more harder than you or anyone else will ever know.
I believe we should all be there for the benefit of humanity and not for personal gains.
There is a new wave coming to hit us, from where that is, is still unclear.
"I have always liked the idea that the grass never is greener on the other side, but when the grass on where you stand is not even seen, one that isn't greener always proves to be better."
Let us come together to provide security to life, liberty and property. We have the tools to make it happen and the Blockchain is a freedom community where all and sundry should be actively engaged to make sure the win is made and had.
Only those who wait it long enough will become first partakers.
Don't quit now, don't give up, there are better days ahead and we can only get better when we keep trying and pushing the bounds.
