This Sunday post will be my contribution to #sublimesunday initiated by , #beautifulsunday initiated by
, and my #sundayrandom, where I share my random macro shots, usually.
I lost count already how many times I did not share any random macro on Sunday, as I hardly go out to take photos again, although today I have a little bit of a story from the farm.
The weather is nice today; it is overcast, but still very nice. It has been hot for more than a week here, as now we are in the season change from the rainy season to the dry season. According to the forecast, this dry season will be long and super dry as we expect the things that called Godzilla El Nino, maybe I will talk about this in the coming month, if it is actually super hot and dry.
Now these are a little story from the farm.
In the first photo below, is the plot where I grow long beans, and it is already too old, and the crop yield is at the end. In the coming days, I have to clear them so that we can start planting corn before the next paddy planting season. We still have two months window, enough to grow the corn.

Here is the cleared plot of the chilli, my very first attempt in growing them. I made a lot of mistake, and learned a lot from this plot, so hopefully I can grow them better next time.

And here is the shallot that I grow, and I made a post about it in the past. We also decided to add a cucumber in the middle of the raised bed, more like a companion plant, alhtough the cucumber grows well, and I already harvested them, I will definitely avoid this kind of set-up, or growing ideas. The cucumber leaves grow big, thus giving shade to the shallot, which also adds more humidity to it. Turns out gave me a fungal issue on the shallot.

And lucky, I can mitigate the fungal issue, but I need to spray fungicide a little more than what I first intended to do. The weather was also in my favor, so as you can see this time, my shallot grows so well, and I can say that so fart this is my best growing season.
