I found this Linx spider on my last photo hunt. I think this is one of the easiest spiders to photograph since it doesn't move a lot when disturbed. Unless it feels it is being threatened then they will move out and jump away from us.
But most of the time, it will stand still, and give me some time to photograph, even after twisting the twig it rests on for a better angle.
For today I have two Linx spiders that I found in different plants, but still in the same area. The purpose is the same being the subject for my photograph and also the subject for my post.
They also serve the same purpose, which you will see int he last photos of this post.
The same purpose that they have is to ambush their prey to survive. I found this spider in the leaf of a fern, and as you can see it is holding an insect oh its fang.
Meal Time.
