Éste ha sido uno de los tantos eventos y encuentros que se han realizado. Asistí a este magnífico evento particularmente porque llamó mi atención y me generó emoción; el cual denominaron; "La movida cultural: Cumaná de los 80 Y 90". Desde el día que leí la publicidad, me atrajo recordar mis años cuando era adolescente.
Fué un mágico recorrido por todas las expresiones artísticas y culturales relacionadas a la época de los años 80 y 90. Cuando llegué acababan de empezar y pude aprovechar de tomar fotos a la audiencia y a los tres exponentes.
Quiénes con una extraordinaria intervención de acuerdo a sus conocimientos especializados y ámbito profesional; disertaron acerca de la música, cine, sitios representativos de arte, cultura, deporte, calles emblemáticas, espacios culturales de aquellos años tan añorados y recordados.
. What a pleasure to greet you and share with you the wonderful cultural meeting held last June 8 at the Casa Ramos Sucre, on the occasion of the fortieth anniversary of its founding.
This has been one of the many events and meetings that have been held. I attended this magnificent event particularly because it caught my attention and generated emotion in me; which they called; "The cultural movement: Cumaná of the 80's and 90's ". From the day I read the publicity, I was attracted to remember my years when I was a teenager.
It was a magical journey through all the artistic and cultural expressions related to the 80s and 90s. When I arrived they had just started and I was able to take pictures of the audience and the three exponents.
With an extraordinary intervention according to their specialized knowledge and professional field, they spoke about the music, cinema, representative sites of art, culture, sports, emblematic streets, cultural spaces of those years so longed for and remembered.
Cabe destacar, que muchos de estos espacios históricos, culturales y recreativos todavía existen, otros han cambiado su ubicación, transformado, otros tienen fachadas, aspectos y misión diferente y unos han desaparecido. Este último caso muy resaltado en la Movida Cultural se trata de las salas de cine, que eran icónicas en mi ciudad y además eran sitios modelo de otras ciudades orientales.
Durante las intervenciones y temas hubo intervalos músicales 🎵🎼 de diferentes géneros relacionados con la época, a los cuales se hizo referencia. Entre el repertorio musical de aquellos años; se pudo escuchar: Salsa, merengue, baladas de nuestros artistas queridos, escuchados en novelas y radio; tanto internacionales y como nacionales. Entre ellos: José Luis Rodríguez, Ilan Chester y otros.
Me sentí muy felíz y la alegría del evento fué contagiosa. Tanto que la audiencia no pudo aguantar y se paró a bailar. Ver la gente tan contenta me llenó de mucha emoción😃 porque nosotros los cumanes somos gente que ama lo nuestro, sabe apreciar los valores y su patrimonio cultural. Además de ser ejemplo de las nuevas generaciones. ¡Qué orgullo ser Cumanesa!.

I felt very happy and the joy of the event was contagious. So much so that the audience couldn't stand it and stopped dancing. Seeing the people so happy filled me with a lot of emotion😃 because we cumanes are people who love what is ours, know how to appreciate the values and their cultural heritage. Besides being an example for the new generations. I am so proud to be from Cumana.
Fué muy ameno este evento. Los expositores disertaron en varios ámbitos de nuestro patrimonio cultural, artístico, histórico, costumbres y los que nos identifica como cumanes. Se hizo especial énfasis en las calles emblemáticas y representativas como la Calle Sucre, por ser ésta a dónde se ubica gran parte de los espacios culturales, históricos y recreativos de Cumaná.
Además se resaltó la Cultura Urbana como fueron los carnavales🎊🎭; escuelas de música 🎼y danza👯 representativos de la época. Que además gozaban de gran prestigio y relevancia regional, nacional e internacional. Un ejemplo de ello el Proyecto Cultural Las Noches de Antaño".
También se recordó la importancia e influencia de los espacios educativos y deportivos. Haciendo notar su aporte y contribución en las disciplinas educativas y deportivas en el ámbito nacional e internacional que se dieron en la época. Entre otros aspectos se señaló el aporte de las emisoras de radio; medio de radiodifusión que impulsó a nuestra ciudad y estado en aquellos tiempos.

Esta grandiosa, significativa y emotiva recopilación histórica de hechos, eventos, lugares, proyectos y representantes de los años 80 y 90 son ejemplo, estímulo para el rescate de nuestra ciudad en donde las personas nativos, de otras regiones de nuestro país y extranjeros, debemos activarnos, reinventarnos con constancia, iniciativas y proyectos culturales ,artísticas, educativos y otros; que sirvan para motivar a las nuevas generaciones, rescatar, mantener y renovar nuestros valores y patrimonio histórico, cultural y artístico.
