She’s back!! Yes, our little deer came visiting this morning. She seems unafraid to come close to the house. Cot didn’t spy her until she’d been here a while. I’m thinking she may be expecting. Wouldn’t it be nice if she is and decided to have her baby here?
It was a drizzly sort of day and didn’t bode well for much of a hike. We set out just to go to the pond as we also had worship practice scheduled for 3 PM. Here’s a couple photos from the hike.
We went to church to set up for service tomorrow and to practice the set of music. Abby didn’t come as she was interviewing for a job. Daniel came in her place. Practice went well and we spent a bit of time getting to know Daniel better. Oh, by the way, Abby got the job! Woo-hoo! 😎👍🤩
We had discovered somehow that we were out of AA batteries! 🙀 My microphone and our in ear body packs take them. So after practice, we headed to the store to get enough to see us through until I go to Costco and buy the bulk pack. What I want to know though, just who used all of the batteries?! 🧐
Anyway, it’s been a good day although I feel overly tired. Hopefully a good night’s rest will cure that!
