To start with good feet, i'm going to share with you my all-time favorite recipe of m&m brownies. Sweet, chocolaty, heaven-tasted like, m&m brownies.
It's a recipe of my own wich i've been working on for a time by now, and of all the brownies i've tasted in my life (and believe me, that's a LOT of brownie), by far this is the best. So i hope you like it as much as i do.
-INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cups (83 gr) plain flour
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
120 gr cocoa powder
120 gr butter, melted
2 ¼ cups sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
3 eggs
100 gr m&m
-INTRUCTIONS:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) then line a baking trey with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl combine melted butter, sugar and eggs.
Add the vanilla and salt then whisk for about one minute until evenly combined and light in color.
Over the same bowl sift in the flour and cocoa powder. Gently fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until JUST combined (do not over mix).
Pour the batter into the prepared pan, then smooth the top. Generously top with the m&m chocolates.
Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the centre of the brownies no longer jiggles and is JUST set to the touch.
Remove from the oven and allow to cool to room temperature before removing from the baking trey. Enjoy!
