This is the experience I had last Fall. Idaho is not too far from where I live, so I travel there almost every month, and this time I had an opportunity to try zip lining in Coeur d'Alene. The whole zip lining experience took us about two and a half hours and it costs $100 per person. It started with a fast quad shuttle ride up the mountain with drifty turns. Then, we climbed the tree where our first zip line station was waiting for us. During whole trip, we experienced 7 high lines (half of them were really long) and 3 cool rope bridges. The longest zip line was around 1600 feet.
This is one of the tree stops..
One of the rope bridges... this one is not the longest one.
We just had to take a picture with this beautiful view of forest and lake.
..and here I am doing my last and longest zip line :)
I think it can be a great experience for everyone, even if you are scared of heights. This is probably the safest thing to do in the air and still get adrenalin and have a great time. I really recommend zip lining while travelling because this way you can see the best views!
