Les doy la bienvenida a este mi lugar, donde me dedico a compartir mis publicaciones y aprender de las de ustedes.
Hoy me es grato mostrarles como han crecido las raíces de unas plantas de cebollín que sembré en unas cáscaras de huevo.
Y ahora les explico como empecé el proceso:

• Lavé las cáscaras con mucho cuidado para retirar el residuo de las claras.
• Y coloqué en un envase para escurrir y secar.

I welcome you to this my place, where I dedicate myself to share my publications and learn from yours.
Today I am pleased to show you how the roots of some chives plants that I sowed in some eggshells have grown.
And now I will tell you how I started the process:

• I washed the shells very carefully to remove the residue from the egg whites.
• I placed in a container to drain and dry.

• Previamente, recorté como a 3 ó 4 cms la parte de abajo de los tallos de cebollín.
• Y a cada una de las cáscaras le añadí 1 1/2 cucharada de tierra.

English:

• Previously, I cut the bottom of the chives stalks to about 3 or 4 cm.
• And to each of the shells I added 1 1/2 tablespoon of soil.

• Luego coloqué la raíz sobre la tierra en todo el medio de la cáscara y añadí 1 cucharada más de tierra para tapar fijar el tallo. (ver foto)

• Then I placed the root on the ground throughout the middle of the peel and added 1 more tablespoon of soil to cover and fix the stem. (view photo).

-Realicé los mismos pasos con la demás cáscaras y les rocié un poco de agua hasta humedecer bien la tierra.

-I did the same steps with the other shells and I sprinkled a little water on them until the earth was well moistened.

• Ya se ve que están empezando a crecer..pero hay que estar pendientes de regar, aquí en Venezuela en este mes de abril el calor se ha puesto fuerte y seca la tierra muy rápido, por eso hay que estar rociando con un poquito de agua.
• English:
• You can see that they are starting to grow ... but you have to be aware of watering, here in Venezuela in this month of April the heat has become strong and dries the land very quickly, so you have to be sprinkling with a little bit of Water.

• Después de una semana tuve que separar las pequeñas que se ven juntas (lado izquierdo de la foto) y quitarles las capas secas porque no crecían.

• English:

• After a week I had to separate the small ones that are seen together (left side of the photo) and remove the dry layers because they did not grow.
  

• Ahora si están creciendo, de verdad que estoy muy contenta.

• Now if they are growing, I am really very happy.

Observa como han crecido ya tengo que buscar un sitio para trasplantar y esperar para ver el resultado final.
Esta es una manera muy fácil de cultivar en tu casa...
Cuando me toque trasplantar les diré como fué el proceso...
Estoy experimentando a ver en cuanto tiempo crece.
