Tip 1: Never travel to a touristy place on Holidays (and expect to get the ticket soon)!
Tip 2: Have proper food if you are in queue from 6.30 in the morning!
The Munnar visit was not just another trip to a beautiful location. It was with a specific aim to catch a glimpse of the Neelakurinji flower which blooms once in every 12 years. And the sacrifices to make that dream come true?! Well, one was this. Woke up early in the morning, took bath in chilled ice water and reached at the ticket counter at 6.35 which opens at 7.00 AM. We'll never forget this lesson though. The queue was already outside the gate of the ticket counter with people lined up like brain folding and we really didn't expect that. Any guess when we got the ticket finally?
