Today I'll share to you some PRO level Tacos for Mexican standards. That means really freaking good tacos.

If you don’t know what a Taco is, man you need to live more. But in general it’s a Tortilla (a round flatbread of corn) filled with something eatable. It could be anything cheese, meat, vegetables, more corn, salt, beans or just salsa (spicy sauce).

There’re a lot of kinds of tacos, some very traditional, some trendy, gourmet tacos, street tacos, breakfast tacos, there’re tacos for any mood and now I’ll introduce to you this royalty tacos, that in my opinion, are maybe the best you’ll ever taste.

The place it’s called Chetito and its not a particularly famous place nor expensive. But my god, they know how to make a good taco. Just look at this beauty, it’s called the “Loco Chávez” and it contains a Chile Pasilla filled with beef (Skirt steak, very juicy), goat cheese dressing, green pepita sauce, peanuts and caramelized onions. If just the list is overwhelming, imagine what this can do to your tongue.

Vegetarian? No problema! you can ask for “Lalín”, a combinations of mushrooms, hoja santa (a tree leaf very aromatic), string cheese, a peanut and chile sauce and some coriander. It’s nice even if you’re not a vegetarian. Its the same from the top.

Now I’ll introduce you to “Johnny” with beef, string cheese, cheese sauce, crunchy bacon and a smoked Chile Serrano.

And finally a fishy one. It’s called “Jones” and it contains fresh sushi grade tuna, Chile Morita dressing, sesame sauce, avocado and caramelized onions.

There are almost 20 tacos to choose, some of them seasonal. And from a Mexican born foodie I assure you that if you try these tacos, you will miss them with a tear in your eyes.

WARNING: Eating 3 or more of these tacos may end up with an afternoon of uncontrollable sleep we call it “El Mal del Puerco” it can be translated as “The pork disease” or “The Bad of the pork”. Its not a real disease, but we call this when after eating a lot you get sleepy and you can’t control it.
