It is far more beneficial to confront the dangers threatening the next generation, commit to addressing them and understand that investing in children is
investing in the nation's future.
Investment in children is not optional, it is essential. They need a nurturing environment to grow into responsible, healthy adults who can contribute meaningfully to society. Unfortunately, one of the most pressing issues we face is irresponsible parenting.
It is not uncommon to see a man who can barely fend for himself, marry multiple wives and bring children into the world, whom he is unable to care for. These children, often left without guidance or support, grow up with deep disadvantages and often become burdens to the society.
We must also acknowledge that many young people today live in ways that break our hearts. And the sobering truth is: what we see now is a glimpse of the future. If we fail to raise children with strong values and godly instruction, we risk a future filled with chaos and moral decay.
God gives clear guidance: "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it" (Proverbs 22: 6).
God expects that godly parents will raise godly children, creating a ripple effect that reshapes society for the better. If we prioritize eternal values and
responsibility seriously, we can be confident that the negative trends we see today will not define tomorrow.
