I am so happy right now! I got the chance to buy Julian Haart - Heart Attack 2021. That is a wine that only came in 8000 bottles, and it was sold out in one day. I also bought a nice rosé wine that I have heard a lot of great of.
I'm going to save the Julian Haart - Haart Attack wine until the best summer day of this year. Because it's a light white wine that's perfect for the summer season. The other bottle did my mom and dad get, just to show them what a good white wine tastes like.
I checked the wine up in the "Vivino" app, and with 408 ratings does it have 4,0 points (out of 5), and it's a 91% match for me. It's very acidic, so it is best to pair it to pork, shellfish, spicy food or just drink it like it is. And a funny thing is that this wine was actually produced for the Norwegian market
Anita Nittnaus Hans - Zorra Rosé 2021
This wine is new in the stores, and it only got 11 ratings on vivino. It still have a 81% match for me and the 2020 Zorra got a rating on 4,3! It tast like Strawberry, raspberry, citrus and a little bit grapefruit. I hope this wine taste as good as I think, and I'm looking forward to a nice summer day to drink this. Maybe drink it on the Norwegian Constitution Day in May?
I'm not a big fan to pair rosé with food, but it would be nice to a plate of mature or/and hard cheese.
A fun thing about this rosé is that you can actually drink it after a few years. Rosé wines doesn't evolve anything and doesn't get any better in time, but this actually does. The same with il Mimo that I also got stored since last year. If you find a Il Mimo, BUY IT!
I bought these bottles to two of my friends too, because they didn't live near by a liquor store that sell these.
