Maybe you don't want to hear this: for short term... yes or be more precise "maybe buy" but honestly in the long run I don't expect any good if things do not change around Ethereum. (By the way, similar problems around Bitcoin) These are known problems. Technological limits and barriers, problems about fees (gas), etc. Nothing new here just accumulated things... (many transactions because of some ICOs, etc.)
