What You Know About That??
Bwahahahahahaaa! Threw down a rack and some cuts. Love ribs. The rack was glazed and heavily powdered (onion). The cuts were straight mesquite smoked. The fish? I marinated that in its own oil combined with some lemon and pepper for 2 days. So good. What's in the can? I chopped some portabella shroomies and green peppers. Threw them in a honey hickory butter sauce and let em bubble. Tasted great on the potatoes and even fish too. Or plain. I ate the mushrooms plain. 😆 Hope you all 'Merrakins had a safe holiday weekend!
