Is a game built on the Ethereum blockchain, that is leveraging its smart contracts for interaction with the world of Aethia and it's inhabitants.
We intend to keep Aethia free to play, forever. Unfortunately, miners still need to get paid, so gas costs are always present, but otherwise we will be presenting you a regular freemium game.
Gameplay
The whole point of Aethia is to take good care of your Virtual pets. In order to do that, you'll need to nourish them with care. As your Ethergotchis age, their stats improve and thus their worth becomes higher. If you know anything about Cryptokitties, you probably know its possible to buy and sell them via auction house type of system. Similarly to that, Aethia will incorporate Bid house as well. Various Ethergotchis will be sold there differing based on values such as: Social standing, dexterity, career path and stamina.
One thing you must make sure of, never let your Ethergotchi be lonely or hungry. In case you take wrong care of your pets, they might die when they become grown ups. Since they reincarnate if you take good care of them, that feels as one of the crucial steps to monetize this game in your favor. Every gotchi is unique in a way, meaning there are tons of combinations you can use to raise ur Gotchi tree. Important thing to mention is, your gotchis can earn you CHI which means life energy. All the CHI obtained you can use to purchase various goods on the platform.
Referral Policy
Aethia is currently in pre-alpha stage and there is not much various tasks you can perform. Only thing you can do is collect as many referrals as you can in order to obtain rarer eggs. There is around 46 more hours left before the campaign ends. After that, sadly, it won't be available to obtain all these eggs by simply promoting the game.

Marks the beginning of the Aethia Alpha phase. In the Alpha phase, you will be able to hatch your eggs and play with the pets. Not just that, you will perform actions based on which your pets behavior will be defined.
