Motivated by too many people consuming it while being unaware of the consequences, I'm starting this series to let you know how deep corruption goes in food industry. Many crave for this poison daily and hand it to their children, that needs to stop. We need to take a step back and bring our food back.
SUGAR, THE CREATOR OF CANCER
In simplified terms, industrial sugar is heavily processed and holds no vibrational value (meanings it has nothing to offer us in terms of real energy). When consumed, it gives us no nutritional value while at the same time it is wasting precious minerals from our body...
The mitochondrial dysfunction is main mechanism when it comes to cancer promotion. Burning of sugar generates free radicals, which damage cell mitochondria and affect cell membrane and nuclear DNA - leading to impairment of proteins.
Cancer is essentially caused by the replication of genetically mutated cells. Mitosis is the means through which cells divide and promote tissue growth. When the process of apoptosis (cell death) begins to break down, cancer occurs.
- Journal of Clinic Investigation, 2013-2014
The more sugar you consume, higher is the risk to damage your cells. In a reality like this where everything you find in supermarkets has added artificial sugars, while the attention of the public is focused on the fact that products contain 0% of fats. To be honest, that is just the basic version of spin, similar to saying Coca-Cola Zero is healthy because it contains no sugar, when in reality it is loaded with Aspartame.
Science journalist Gary Taubes, partnered with Doctor Cristin Kearns in 2012 to try and expose the mass ongoing sugar propaganda, documenting it in their book "Big Sugar's Sweet Little Lies" where they stated:
For 40 years, the sugar industry's priority has been to shed doubt on studies suggesting its product makes people sick. On federal panels, industry-funded scientists cited industry-funded studies to dismiss sugar as a culprit.
See more in this video:
Doctor Kearns provided detailed analysis throughout the years about sugar industry manipulating facts and exonerating sugar to put the blame on saturated fats, as I've stated above. It was reported by The New York Times:
The documents show that a trade group called the Sugar Research Foundation, known today as the Sugar Association, paid three Harvard scientists the equivalent of about $50,000 in today's dollars to publish a 1967 review of research on sugar, fat and heart disease.
The studies used in the review were handpicked by the sugar group, and the article,12 which was published in the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine [NEJM], minimized the link between sugar and heart health and cast aspersions on the role of saturated fat.
Even though the influence-peddling revealed in the documents dates back nearly 50 years, more recent reports show that the food industry has continued to influence nutrition science.
Sugar industry responded in well known manner thankfully to their PR experts:
We question this author's continued attempts to reframe historical occurrences to conveniently align with the currently trending anti-sugar narrative, particularly when the last several decades of research have concluded that sugar does not have a unique role in heart disease.
Marion Nestle, a professor of nutrition, public health and food studies went further to claim:
From a deep dive into archival documents from the 1950s and 1960s, they have produced compelling evidence that a sugar trade association not only paid for but also initiated and influenced research expressly to exonerate sugar as a major risk factor for coronary heart disease (CHD).
One of the recent paid studies concluded that, children who eat candies may find it easier to control their weight, since they weigh less than the ones who don't. Crazy?
Sugar contains:
- no nutrients
- no protein
- no healthy fats
- no enzymes
Meaning it is basically empty calories. It effects the brain similar to cocaine, and encourages the body towards bigger consumption. Actually it is even more addictive than cocaine...
White refined sugar-is not a food. It is a pure chemical extracted from plant sources, purer in fact than cocaine, which it resembles in many ways. Its true name is sucrose and its chemical formula is C12H22O11. It has 12 carbon atoms, 22 hydrogen atoms, 11 oxygen atoms, and absolutely nothing else to offer.” …The chemical formula for cocaine is C17H21NO4. Sugar’s formula again is C12H22O11. For all practical purposes, the difference is that sugar is missing the “N”, or nitrogen atom.

The infographic from above, stated that 13 grams of sugar daily is okay to consume by 2 to 10 year old kids. I strongly advise you not to follow any WHO guidelines, and always strive to provide organic sources for your youngsters - fruits and vegetables.
As doctor Tony Jimenez stated:
Sugar from organic produce may not contribute to cancer cell growth in the same way refined sugars do because human cells absorb left-spinning molecules, which occur in fruits and vegetables, while cancer cells can only absorb right spinning particles, which come from refined sugar.
Is your fridge looking like a morgue, or a garden??
FACT:
1 molecule of sugar consumed equals to 54 molecules of Magnesium wasted just for it to go through your system!
So, always strive to get your daily dose of Magnesium. A really nice trick is to get Magnesium chloride and dissolve it in warm water, put your feet in there and keep them for about half an hour. By doing that for 2 weeks you will absorb Magnesium equal to 1,5 years of oral absorption.
I do understand that we tend to connect times like these (holidays) with sugar treats in our mind, even though that is an illusion I am putting some alternatives for you to use in your treats:
- Agave nectar
- Coconut sugar
- Molasses
- Maple syrup
- Dates
- Raw Honey
- Stevia (sweetener)
These are natural sugars that actually carry antioxidants and they can aid you against the same problems artificial sugar is giving you. Manage your nutrient consumption wisely...
Conclusion
In times like these it is necessity to remain skeptical about everything, never trust anyone if they didn't earn your trust. Everything you see around you is marketing with the sole purpose of making the profit. The corrupted system depends on us, so we are the ones who can boycott it. If we slowly educate ourselves and the people around us, things will change. Sooner or later, everyone will be able to unlock their true potential through proper food intake. Peace be with you.
