So this is my second post but in the last one I forgot to set my goal. I don't really have a goal in mind but I would like to reduce the day in my body.
I started keeping track of my measurements back in July of las year. What I called waist, back then, was 103 cm and yesterday I measure it and it was 95 cm so I'm winning that battle.
I usually ran 5 to 10 k 3 to 5 times a week. That helped me to reduce my waist. I still have a long way to go since I'm a fatty, but the tendency is going down.
I hope this and
challenge help me to reduce more my measurements and maybe get in shape.
My activity yesterday was a 9k run in the morning, going to work by walking and using the subway. Then I took my dog for a walk. And back home did a little bit of laundry and some home stuff.
The picture is from the subway ride home. I live really close to the city center, so at rush hour all the people is going the other way and I can enjoy a nice ride home. And it was not that late.
