Yo también uso **Telegram** como medio de comunicación, así que no me pegó mucho pasar el día sin **WhatsApp**.

Hoy quise ir temprano al mercado municipal de pescado a buscar un pescadito fresco para el almuerzo, y me encontré con un pescado que no había visto antes, se llama Futre también lo llaman Mondoque en otros lugares y viendo que muchas personas lo compraban, me entró la curiosidad, y me acerque a una señora mayor que estaba comprando y le pregunté que como se comía ese pescado, ella me comentó que este pescado es riquísimo, que es pura carne y que lo podemos hacer en filetes, espicillado, guisado que es muy versátil y lo mejor es que no tiene espinas, hasta me dijo que tenía un sabor parecido a la pechuga de pollo, así que me entró la curiosidad y compre, el señor que los vende me lo preparo, es decirle le quitó la piel, las víceras y le saco los filetes, y de verdad no tiene más espinas que el hueso del medio.
Today I wanted to go early to the municipal fish market to look for a fresh fish for lunch, and I found a fish that I had not seen before, it is called Futre also called Mondoque in other places and seeing that many people were buying it, I got curious, and I approached an older lady who was buying and I asked her how to eat this fish, she told me that this fish is delicious, She told me that this fish is delicious, that it is pure meat and that we can make it in fillets, spicy, stewed, that it is very versatile and the best thing is that it has no bones, she even told me that it had a flavor similar to chicken breast, so I got curious and bought it, the man who sells it prepared it for me, he removed the skin, the viscera and took out the fillets, and it really has no bones except the bone in the middle.
Así me fui contenta a cada y con ganas de preparar los filetes a ver qué tal. Soy de las personas que me gusta probar cosas nuevas así que no perdí está oportunidad y lo prepare como me dijo la sra *empanizado* lo primero fue agregarle sal y pimienta a los filetes de Futre.
So I went home happy and looking forward to preparing the fillets to see how they were. I am one of those people who like to try new things so I didn't miss this opportunity and I prepared it as the lady told me *empanized* the first thing I did was to add salt and pepper to the Futre fillets.
Luego en un bowl batimos un huevo y le agregamos un poco se sal, y en otro envase colocamos pan rayado o harina y le agregamos un poco de sal y pimienta, luego tomamos los filetes y lo pasamos por el huevo y luego por la harina.
Then in a bowl we beat an egg and add a little salt, and in another container we put breadcrumbs or flour and add a little salt and pepper, then we take the fillets and pass them through the egg and then through the flour.
En un sartén con abundante aceite, dejamos calentar. Cuando el aceite está caliente agregamos los filetes empanizados y dejamos dorar, luego volteamos para dorar del otro lado.

Cuando esté listo sacamos del aceite y dejamos escurrir el exceso de aceite o secamos con papel adsorvete.

Yo acompañe los filetes de Futre con arroz blanco, ensalada rayada y aguacate, debo decir que estos filetes tienen un sabor delicioso me gustó mucho el Futre. Volveré a comprar para prepararlo de otra manera.
I served the Futre fillets with white rice, shredded salad and avocado, I must say that these fillets taste delicious, I really liked the Futre. I will buy again to prepare it in another way.
