I have always been a strong supporter of the use of candles, partly because of their power to make a place and an intimate, warm, poetic moment a bit for the #love I have for the warm light.
But I have always been unaware that, having made the choice not to use beeswax because vegan and using synthetic-based candles (therefore based on petroleum) what I was doing was not exactly wise.
In short, paraffin-based candles are bad for the #environment, for #animals and for us.
When we burn a candle in the air substances are released from that candle: that's why after discovering the soy wax, after a very short time, I fell in love with it.
I started experimenting and now, instead of a lamp, as soon as I can, I use my #vegetable, #handmade and #natural candles.
Given their success among friends and relatives I decided to include them
in my little shop of handmade objects with #love.
But what's special about these handmade vegetable candles?
First of all they are naturally handmade, prepared with my hands (and I enjoy it so much!) And use only with 100% vegetable wax, non-GMO soy, non-toxic, biodegradable and completely natural.
In addition, soy wax burns at lower temperatures than paraffin so the candles made with this vegetable wax last much longer and allows to preserve many properties of the oils that are dissolved in it.
And then, if this is not enough, I use essential oils, spices, herbs and #flowers, mineral powders to enrich them and make them unique.
The wick
Last but not least, the wick: I decided to prepare this too from me, made entirely by hand so as not to use the classic precorted wick.
How do I create it? use of pure #cotton and #soy wax and slowly, with a little 'manual skills and experience, I realize how many I need.
In this way I am sure that everything in the candle is oil-free and therefore completely natural.
That's why I love making and donating candles:
they are prepare with the heart, they are vegan, #crueltyfree and #ecological.
The jars
A valid alternative then, by virtue of the practice of #recycling, was to also make candles with a #beautiful glass container: use small glass jars of the homogenized, jams, creams, in short small jars ad hoc that friends and friends they keep and they give me.
Why and when to use candles
To treat yourself and give moments of pleasure or even as little #wedding thoughts instead of the classic wedding favors or small natural placeholders I think they are perfect, in fact then I have the house studded and never give up.
Here are some of my creations:
Soy candles and peppermint

made by hand with pure non-GMO soy wax, organic mint essential oil and pure green iron oxide mineral powder. Each soy & mint candle gives a burst of energy even to the dullest day!
The vegan candle in a jar with 2 butters and violet

Two butters because in addition to soy wax, it also contains organic shea butter and fair trade and organic cocoa butter.
Thanks to the two butters this candle is also perfect to be used to make sweet massages.
I use it like that: I turn it on and once it has started to melt it gently towards the palm of my hand and proceed using it as a body massage butter, without any worries as I do not get scared because its low point melting, thanks to its composition in butters and natural waxes, allows me to use it safely.
I just have to be careful of the violet addiction! š
Here is another candle that I love is
the candle with the 2 butters, soy & vanilla

This candle is enriched with the extract of vanilla and turmeric powder to make it colored and natural.
Once you try, you will not leave them anymore ... and goodbye paraffin!
And here are the latest creations, natural and precious
perfect as gifts and thoughts for themselves and for those we love respecting us and the Planet

Finally, the latest creation is the small bon-bon for burns, ie small "#candies" made only with waxes (not only soy but also mimosa, rice, candelilla ...) and enriched with essential oils, #spices and #herbs.
These bon bon should be placed in a burning essence, you just have to turn it on and thanks to the heat they will melt, freeing their wonderful scent all over the room.

These bon bon wax and oils are made with pure oils or a mix that can change upon request.
For the winter and Christmas season the perfect mix is cinnamon, apple, orange and vanilla that can give sweetness and warmth to the whole house...
and many others ...
