Due to a headache my day didn't go as planned unfortunately. I was planning to have a 10k day but could only do half of it. This is called savings the day, aka better than nothing.
This is why I only have 5k for yesterday. I did my cycling training as usual but only 10km.
My speed wasn't the best buy it's still a decent one.
I was looking at my monthly stat using my built-in app and surprisingly the daily average is over 5k which is good because this app always shows less than the actifit tracker.
This is my monthly total of cycling. 15 trainings in 23 days. The average is roughly 12.7km/session, which is good. At least for me it is.
