Nyala's Kahawa Coffee
Ready In : 20 minutes
Can make up to: 4-6 servings
INGREDIENTS:
two cardamom pods, lightly bruised
sixty g ground coffee
one lt water
INSTRUCTIONS:
Provide water and cardamom pods to the boil and boil ten minutes.
Lessen heat to a low simmer and put the coffee and simmer five minutes put ground ginger.
Eliminate from heat and drain into cups. Sweeten if desired.
