Paseando por calle Piotrkowska en Łódź [ESP/ENG]

Hola a todos! Y como lo prometido es deuda, hoy vine a contarles un poco sobre un lugar espectacular que conocimos en la ciudad de Łódź en Polonia, se trata de la calle Piotrkowska o en polaco Ulica Piotrkowska, y es la calle más importante de esta ciudad, y también la calle comercial más larga de Europa, pues tiene una longitud de 4.2 km, además comienza en la Plaza de la Libertad o Plac Wolności, una plaza muy bonita y que se las mostraré en otro post, pues hoy solo vine a hablarles sobre todo lo espectacular que vimos en Piotrkowska.

Primero nos dimos cuenta que es una calle bastante concurrida, y justo en el letrero con el nombre de la calle había un hombre tocando un violín y lo hacía tan bien que tenía varios espectadores (incluyendo a nosotros), una vez continuas el camino empiezas a ver el montón de edificios con una fachada o arquitectura hermosa y maravillosa, pero también te das cuenta que esta calle esta llena de restaurantes, bares, tiendas, entre otras cosas, por ejemplo ahí fue donde conseguimos el restaurante donde comimos unas pizzas deliciosas y también la espectacular tienda de magia con muchas cosas de Harry Potter, así que aquí no te vas a aburrir y todo te va a encantar.

A mi por ejemplo me encantaron las flores que estaban colgadas a ambos lados en los postes que sin duda le da un toque espectacular a la calle y también me encantaban los balcones de algunos de los edificios, debe ser genial estar en uno de ellos por la noche observando, mientras caminamos vimos un autobus que llevaba hasta el Orientarium o zoológico de Łódź, y al cual mi esposo y yo teníamos ganas de ir pero pensamos que será mejor cuando Olivia esté más grande, así que será una excusa para volver a esta ciudad.

También les cuento que allí vas a ver algunas estatuas geniales por ejemplo había una muy bonita de una niña con un pez, pero la que más llamó mi atención fue la mesa con 3 hombres, con los cuales estuve charlando un poco pero ellos no decían mucho jajaja, aun así la pasé increíble, y de verdad les recomiendo conocer esta calle y la ciudad también pues sin duda van a disfrutar el recorrido, a mi me encantó especialmente porque disfruto caminando por los lugares en los que hay mucho para ver y estas son uno de ellos.

Hello, everyone! As promised, today I'm here to tell you a little bit about a spectacular place we visited in the city of Łódź in Poland. It's Piotrkowska Street, or Ulica Piotrkowska in Polish, and it's the most important street in the city, as well as the longest shopping street in Europe, measuring 4.2 km in length. It starts at Freedom Square, or Plac Wolności, a very beautiful square that I will show you in another post, because today I'm only here to tell you about all the spectacular things we saw on Piotrkowska.

First, we noticed that it is a fairly busy street, and right next to the street sign there was a man playing the violin, and he was so good that he had several spectators (including us). Once you continue on your way, you start to see lots of buildings with beautiful and wonderful facades and architecture, but you also realize that this street is full of restaurants, bars, shops, among other things. For example, that's where we found the restaurant where we ate some delicious pizzas and also the spectacular magic shop with lots of Harry Potter stuff, so you won't get bored here and you'll love everything.

For example, I loved the flowers hanging on both sides of the lampposts, which undoubtedly add a spectacular touch to the street, and I also loved the balconies of some of the buildings. It must be great to be on one of them at night watching the world go by. As we walked, we saw a bus that went to the Orientarium or Łódź Zoo, which my husband and I wanted to visit, but we thought it would be better when Olivia is older, so it will be an excuse to return to this city.

I should also mention that you will see some great statues there. For example, there was a very nice one of a girl with a fish, but the one that caught my attention the most was the table with three men, with whom I chatted a little, but they didn't say much, ha ha ha. Even so, I had an amazing time, and I really recommend visiting this street and the city as well, because you will definitely enjoy the tour. I especially loved it because I enjoy walking around places where there is a lot to see, and these are one of them.
