This man was sitting against a weather-washed wall in the shade, taking a break from his hard physical labor job with other men and women on site where Hive account@quinneaker was consulting and facilitating the creation of a hand-constructed earthen building.  There was no shyness or discomfort seen in these people, just straight up confidence, presence and gratitude for being seen.
