I figured it out. It's my Fitbit application saying I burned like 6k calories today! I never input exercise into Lose It! either lol.
Crazy! I do use my calorie expenditures to estimate how much I can eat and still be in a deficit, so that was pretty annoying. I just deleted today's data and added my treadmill run that was NOT 6 hours 😂
I would just really like to know where Fitbit got that data.
