Field Street in the village of Kuzino is located on the territory of the former village of Esiplevo, parallel to the street of the same name. This street is one of the central, leading to the center of the village. Along it are two-storey apartment brick and wooden houses.
The houses are located on the outskirts and in the lowlands, so during every high water they suffer greatly from flooding.
The ground floor of this and the following houses was completely under water during the flood in 2016!
Accommodation in Kuzino is very cheap in contrast to the district center of Great Ustyug. For this reason, many people simply cannot afford to move to the city from the danger zone.
The entrances of all the houses look towards the roadway, and there are outbuildings in the backyard. This is good from the aesthetic and practical side: there are no ruins visible from the road and children do not play against the background of sheds.
Brick houses alternate with wooden.
In the courtyards a lot of old Soviet cars.
But there are almost no passenger cars.
Someone decorated his barn with cartoon characters using plastic bottle caps. It turned out very cool!
This long barn is the crooked most I've ever seen!
Closing the chain of houses on the Field street again brick houses.
And the most extreme house stands across the road at the end of the street, which in this place ceases to be not only the main, but also the carriageway.
Throughout the village are open heating.
The quality and condition of the pipes is clearly visible.
Drinking water only from the well.
Field street has an asphalt surface, but in winter it does not matter.
Very old shop "Yuzhok" - an echo of the Soviet past.
On the opposite side of the Field street there are baths, gardens, garages and other household constructions, but there are also two two-story houses with balconies.
But for the most part still garages...
And here is the end of the village... or the beginning, if you turn 180 degrees.
To be continued...
