I always said that Japanese legends are a great source of inspiration, but why not take an existing idea and change it a little?
Rockuroccubi were always described as attractive women who were no different during the day from other beauties, but at night the their neck miraculously extended, turning them into real otherworldly monsters.
I decided that I would move away from the classic image. Instead of a pretty Japanese woman, I painted this old disgruntled lady. If you think that with her hairstyle and general appearance it is a little associated with you with the America of the 80s, then you will not be mistaken)
