Hive account@rea made a group on Whatsapp asking us (Bianca and me) if we would like to meet them next weekend for a surprise for 
Hive account@ezzy we said yes straight away.
I had to keep it a secret for a while but today she told him.
I didn't think we would meet this soon but I'm very happy.
Even though I already been ordered by the boss to clean the house, my car and to buy new sheets for our guests.
Two days have been allocated for this.
It's a small price to pay :)
Today I went to Makro to buy some goods for the weekend.
Hive account@ezzy only eats meat and drinks coca cola light.
So it's important we have plenty.
It's his birthday after all!
Makro does not disappoint. Coca Cola light on sale!
Of course, we (I) caved at the food court. It's one the greatest secrets of Makro. The food is so great and really cheap. We had two steak sandwiches a glass of white and two colas for $20. I wore my work shirt. Bianca likes it.
The loot. Two half Ribeyes and two Picanhas.
I went to work on the ribeyes first. Cutting nice steaks with a sharp knife.
I always put them in Freezers bags and write down the date and what cut it is.
Then the Picanhas. It was one of the most beautiful cuts I have seen in a while. Perfect fat layer. Not too thick and very good marbling.
Also these cuts went into freezer bags and I was very happy.
As usual, I left the tailpiece out of the freezer. For testing purposes of course. I don't want to feed Hive account@ezzy anything bad. I pan seared it on the fat site for 3-4 minutes and then turned it.
O yeah. It's very good meat. Perfectly tender with a crispy fat layer. Food wise we are all prepared now for our visitors. Can't wait to meet them saterday!
