There are plenty of things in this life you cannot control.
But some things you can.
I have made it my goal to become fit.
Through intermittent fasting and working my ass off in the gym.
I no longer go to the gym to do some exercise.
I'm going to the gym to crush it for an hour and to push myself forward every time I go.
One of the targets I have been aiming for is to burn a 1000 calories in the gym under an hour.
And today I succeeded for the first time and surprisingly on the bike (I thought it would be cross-trainer).
I had my last meal (A big plate of rice and chicken) at 19:00 yesterday.
(I had some ice cream planned for 19:40, but I forgot about it and when I realized it was past 20:00 and my food window had closed, it was a sad moment.)
After no food for 15 hours, I got on the bike at 10:00 the next day.
I basically fasted for an extra hour than usual.
It didn't matter, I'm realizing my body doesn't care.
It's finding energy from places I didn't even know existed.
I reached my goal and while typing this up I'm still not starving but I can eat.
My food window opens in in 24 minutes.
