After today's gym discovery I decided to cheer myself up with an easy grilling session.
I bought some nice pork tenderloins from Makro not long ago and decided to grill those today.
The great thing about the green egg is that it's also perfectly suited for a fast grill session.
It's on really fast and up to 200c within 20 minutes. Afterwards, you can shut it down fast and safe the coals.
I coated the tenderloin in mustard and garlic and grilled it for around 14 minutes.
In the past, it was a 'no go' serving pork pinkish. Nowadays the rules have changed.
Bianca made a great sauce to go with it.
To allow more carbs in my diet I added some potatoes to the meal.
My goodness, how I missed them! (I love potatoes).
