Project Steemfat is off to a good start!
Steemfat is my journey to get in (better) shape.
I had some proper meals today that will hopefully get me to where I want to be.
What I did notice was a lack of energy today.
So I skipped the gym.
I thought no energy would be normal with a change of food.....
Until I started to walk Trevor and felt much better.
I therefor took him for an extra long walk instead and hit the gym tommorow.
To give you an idea of what I'm eating (Don't worry I won't share this everyday).
Tomato salad with 2 pieces of yesterday's grilled chicken, spring onions and some mozzarella cheese.
3 eggs, with 1 of piece of yesterdays grilled chicken, 4 small cucumbers and a piece of cheese.
Filled Bell pepper with spicy ground beef, tomatoes and sweet potato.
Not to shabby I would think :)
