Hello friends,
I hope you are all doing okay? I would be presenting to you today a graphite drawing of an Animated king, I would rather call him King Mars. I had to introduce several techniques in making this happen, for the hair I used an indenting pen, which gave the strock you are seeing there.
At first the drawing started with an intial sketch which shows the layout of the drawing, depicting the way it should go. I usually shade from the left to the right to avoid smudging I love my drawing rough so I don't use blending tools just the pencil. After the outline I used my 10B Bianyo pencil in drawing out the curves and line, it was also used for shading. After drawing the face which entails the eyes, nose and other parts, I went in for the hair with the indenting pen follow the direction of the hair if curled or straight or curved before shading it out with my 10B pencil. It became a problem at one point in the sense that the paper was light and began to fold due to the intensity of the indenting pen but it was corrected, and here you have the finished work.
The outcome was amazing but I would let you be the judge of day so please drop your comments I would love to read and reply them all . Thanks for stopping by to read my post.
