I always thought that Only Bear Grylls from Man vs Wild could eat everything and live! But I guess he was right By now!
So First Thing you need to know is Not All Cockroach produce milk! They aren't Mammals except for the Specie called "Diploptera Punctata". Which Gives birth to its child like Humans instead of Laying Eggs.
This Milk is Found in the guts of the insect.
In order to feed the Offsprings , the mother provides a Liquid (You can also call it a 'Milk') which is full of Protein, fats and Suger in form of Crystals
"The crystals are like a complete food; They have proteins, fats and sugar. if you look into the protien sequence, they have all the essential amino acids"
