I have been talking with lots of crypto enthusiast, that with the proximity of the altcoins bull back season have yet started the process of stress and night watch.
So in the spirit of jokes, here three tips for a good hg heart attack.
1. Don't sleep
Sleep is really a waste of time. Why sleep if I could be trading? Not better than sleep only 1 hour a day and go to work miserable.
If needed remember that you always can drink a red bull (that also have bull on name, what a coincidence...)
2. Eat good things
Talking on food, this season is also the time of good food. Yes, I am talking about fast food, pizza, tacos and all sort of ready to go snacks that are delicious and we can eat while trade too.
Fruits and vegetables? Let's agree, this is food of the past century. Lot work to prepare and have to eat tons to be satisfied.
3. Gym your mind
Why waste time running on parks like a zombie if you can gym your mind with graphics, pumps, dumps and infinite new coins to study?
I have faith that with the block chain technology the next generation will discover how to be healthy seating on my chair. So let's support this people.
Again, in the spirit of joke, let's take care of ourselves in these altbullseason that is starting.
