Today I thought to take something different in my breakfast so decided to arrange Raw Corn, Banana, lemon with green chilli and ghee. Roasted the corn properly in Gas stove flame and separated all seeds from corn and kept in a plate. At first I took banana first then mixed lemon, ghee and little bit black salt in corn seeds. The Tate was amazing hence advice you too to try at least once.



As you know Banana has proper iron hence it is popular healthy for our body, lemon is must at least in this covid19 pandemic days to maintain Vitamin C and Corn seeds are useful to keep stomach clean and it has huge Vitamin B hence this breakfast is totally beneficial for health.
