If weather is rainy or winter then the flavor of litti with mashed of aubergine increases 100% more, however this item has all time demand in some province of India. Yesterday here was rainy day hence my wife cooked this item in home as evening snack. I ate four piece of it and taste was awesome. Thanks to her for this.
Litti
It is basically in round shape and the following ingredients are used to make it :
- Flour.
- Grams powder.
- Lemon.
- Tiny pieces of garlic.
- tiny pieces of ginger.
- Salt & oil mixed with pickles.
Mashed of aubergine
To make a tasty mashed of aubergine have to follow following way:
- Need to burn aubergine in stove flame or coal stove flame so that it got boiled fully.
- Remove its husk carefully.
- Keep the boiled inner part in a port.
- Mashed up salt as per need, small pieces of tomato, small pieces of green chilly, also small pieces of garlic, tomato and oil.
After mashed up it can be eat but if want to boil more then let it boil in stove for five minutes and thats it..
