As ususal 50% of this post payout will go to the Winner of the CONTEST, while the remaining 50% will go to my Charity project for the Motherless Children in Orphanages.
Who will be declared winner:
The first person to have the last digit of his / her time of comment as the number generated from my NUMBER GENERATOR. For example if my Number generator generates 8, and some commenters post at 8 mins ago, 28mins ago, 18 mins ago etc.
The person that posted first with 8 as his last time digit will be selected. (If there is a tie, other conditions such as resteem or best comments will be used).
