Hello everyone back again in my post and this time i want to share knowledge to my friends about how to make "salak pliek u"
The following materials should be prepared:
1 kg of salak
1 ounce of pliek
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 tbsp salt
5 cayenne pepper
and here's how to make it:
Peel the salak, clean the ari-arinya and seeded, then cut according to taste
Puree pliek, sugar, salt, cayenne pepper
Combine all spices with salak
Let stand in the refrigerator until cool
Serve while cold.
