Hello friends. Today my husband and I went to a restaurant for lunch and ordered a kebab. This kebab is for a city called Ardabil in the northwestern part of Iran. I like kebab very much and it does not matter to me which city it belongs to.

The important thing is that I eat kebabs. Most people sprinkle sumac on the kebab to reduce the fat of the kebab. I like to eat kebab without sumac. Sumac is slightly sour in taste and affects the taste of kebabs.

This is the only reason I do not like to eat kebabs with sumac. The name of the food we ordered was bowl kebab. I think it was because they served the kebab in a bowl. Until today, I had not heard the name of this bowl kebab.

In the bowl where the kebab was placed, there was a grilled tomato and a hot green pepper. There were also two pieces of grilled potatoes that I really liked. Against my husband's wishes, I took a few photos to share with you.
