Visit Visa:
Visit Visa applies to everyone who is staying longer than 14 days. All the visitors will need to show evidence of medical insurance. Specific visa requirements vary for different nationalities.Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nationals may enter Dubai without any visa.
Citizens of these countries can obtain their visa upon arrival at the airport:
Canada, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Italy, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Portugal, Ireland, and some other are listed in Dubai article.This visa is valid for thirty days, (costs AED100 ($30)). It is payable on entry and non-renewable.
UK citizens do not need a visa in advance, They do not have to pay for entry and their visa is valid for a visit for up to sixty days, they can renew their visa for a further thirty days (costs AED500 ($130) fee).Except for citizens of those countries (mentioned above and listed in Dubai article) the citizens of other countries staying longer than fourteen days can obtain a non-renewable visit visa through a sponsor for either thirty or ninety days.
In a case of an individual sponsor, an income of over AED 4000 per month and a valid residence visa are required.
