Snowy day here and sauna has been completed! Roads are snowed out, so I am taking the day off and relaxing in my homemade sauna. It is said that the sauna increases the release of heat shock proteins. Heat shock proteins can benefit us in many ways, such as; increasing vitality, longevity, blood flow, hot and cold tolerance, and hormonal output.
If I can build this, then I believe you can too! I hope this video can inspire someone to take on a similar project.
